Cobalt Blue is pretentious and perfunctory while its referencing of art is laughably cheap. And while I don't entirely support comparisons to: Call Me By Your Name, such comparisons are not unreasonable. Its plot is poor and it doesn't help that Honestly, the whole movie seemed derivative.
